A 4-Session Life-Navigation Workshop w/ Paul Benedict
4 Saturdays 1-4pm 1/10/26, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31
$245, $145 repeat attendees
How do we live our yoga off the mat? In its highest aspect, by becoming masters of our destiny. Until we become masters, we all have the power to shape the trajectory of our lives, achieve meaningful goals, and thoughtfully evaluate our circumstances in order to course-correct when necessary. This workshop gives us the tools. Join Paul on a journey of self-discovery as we boldly uncover aspects of ourselves that will inspire us to shine right now, today, and motivate us to work through that which dims our light. Based on the ancient Vedic concept of Purushārtha (intentions of the soul) and presented by the modern teachings of The Four Desires (book/workbook/courses by ParaYoga/Rod Stryker) along with other various supporting texts, students will leave with a tangible, specific, and appropriate roadmap for the next 6-12 months complete with fail-safes, and, an honest definition of possibly the biggest question of all: “what is my purpose”?! Each of the five sessions builds upon the last and it is strongly recommended that students attend all five for complete benefit, but individual sessions may be attended if needed. Students must obtain The Four Desires book and read Parts I & II prior to the workshop. Tuition does not include The Four Desires book nor workbook (workbook is $25 paperback / $9.99 Kindle); workbook is not required but strongly encouraged. Can’t wait to dive in together!
It's "goal setting on steroids"
We'll strive to understand our unique PURPOSE in life
We'll work to understand our subconscious habits and patterns
We'll learn to set appropriate goals that support our soul's purpose
We'll discover reasons preventing us from achieving results
Our time together is discussion, contemplation, writing/journaling, self-inquiry, meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra (guided relaxation), no physical yoga.
Several aspects of the workshop are not easy. Students must be willing to work... and be vulnerable.
Leave with a tangible "road map" to live your grand purpose
Prerequisite: Students must read Parts I & II in The Four Desires book prior to start of the workshop.
All sessions are held in-person in Las Vegas and will also be streamed live and recorded for anyone who cannot join in person. Come with an open mind and the bravery to look deep into the metaphoric mirror and see right into the treasure trove of your own soul! This course is registered with Yoga Alliance as 25 hours of continuing education credits for accredited yoga teachers.
