This is a fun, dynamic, and physically expansive workshop for yoga practitioners who want to develop and strengthen their skill in balancing on arms, hands, head, and going upside down! A consistent physical asana practice is required for attendees, as well as an open mind and adventurous spirit! No prior experience with arm balances and inversions required!
